About Us

Hearing Star was established in 2009 to serve retired and serving public sector workers. The service is focused on supporting the welfare  of members, improving their quality of life and delivering our audiology provision without compromise on quality.

Mr Kevin Howlett
​Director
 

Mr Howlett is an audiologist having qualified in 1999. He has specialised in establishing commercial service partnerships with national organisations in the UK and Ireland. These projects continue to provide quality services.

With a wide range of experience delivering and managing audiology services in addition to teaching audiology, successfully delivering and developing this important project required long-term vision. Today Hearing Star is a respected brand known for high standards of service delivery and technology.

Miss Marie Jensen
​Director of Administration

Miss Jensen is based at the administration office in Lymington and plays a key role communicating with members, accounting and delivering current and planned projects and services.

Controlling costs and efficiencies are key to running any domiciliary business and Marie is instrumental in ensuring Hearing Star is both delivering excellent customer service whilst remaining on track.

Mrs Helen Ward
​Ward Accountancy

Helen Ward is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying with Deloitte in 2003. After working at a senior level for 14 years she launched Ward Accountancy Limited.

We are delighted to be working with Helen who shares our values.

Hearing Star has grown steadily since 2009, yet remains a company that provides a consistent and personal service to members.
